Matthew CHAPLINSKI
FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBER
Matthew is from Gillman, Wisconsin and has been fishing and hunting since he could walk, with a love of the outdoors embedded in him at an early age.
Growing up on a farm with his father Ed, mother Mary, and four siblings, he learned at an early age what it means to work hard and care for the land.
When not on the rivers or working on his deer stand, Matthew volunteers his time and energy working on community projects. He is an avid conservationist and believes we are all healthier and happier when we keep connected to the natural world.
Matt and his wife Michelle have three daughters; Pearl, Fern and Blair.

RYAN BISHOP
FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBER
A native of Gilman, WI, Ryan grew up living the outdoorsman's dream. From fishing and hunting, to hiking and camping, his family instilled a love and respect for the outdoors that runs deep in his blood.
A love for teaching and the outdoors has led Ryan to a life of helping others learn and experience various outdoor passions. Ryan has worked for over 20 years at River Falls High School in Western Wisconsin where he teaches Outdoor Education classes and is the Head Baseball Coach. During that time he has guided thousands of teenagers on canoeing, camping, and fishing trips down various rivers across Wisconsin.
In recent years Ryan has expanded beyond the school walls and guided river drift boat trips with outdoor enthusiasts including professional athletes, and both current members and veterans of the United States Military. Ryan has also traveled across the western United States where he has fished both small streams and big rivers during all times of the year.
"Chasing wild fish and game has been a huge part of my life. But what has driven me to a deeper love is the process in which our passions take us. Whether it's watching the sun set on an evening bow hunt, or spending a morning on the stream watching the trout rise with the sun. No person should ever be denied those life changing experiences."
Ryan and his wife Renee have three daughters; Kenna, Brooklyn and Bailee.
