Our First ‘friend RAISER’ (Fundraiser)
At our ‘friend raiser’, we will be auctioning off expeditions and trips, including an all expenses paid guided trip on the Big Horn River in Montana.

Our ‘friend raiser’ will be taking place at Rush River Brewing Company in River Falls, Wisconsin, from 3-6pm on November 6th 2022.
During the three hour event, musician Chris Silver will perform as friends, family and members of the community come together to enjoy one another’s company over drinks, food and what we hope to be good weather!
In that time, we will also be holding an auction where friends can bid on a variety of guided trips, expeditions and gifts.
All money raised will help us in funding our initial start-up costs, including admin, fishing gear, merchandise and wheelchair accessible boat, and will ultimately help us in providing opportunities for people to enjoy rafting and fishing experiences.
Trips up for auction at the ‘friend raiser’
We have a number of trips and expeditions up for auction during our ‘Friend Raiser’.
If you are unable to join us in-person but are interested in participating in the auction, you can bid online through the auction portal, now until the end of the auction (6pm CST on November 6th).
If you bid on one of these trips, you are only required to front 25% of cost; the rest can be donated a month before your scheduled trip. We are flexible!

exploring central wisconsin waters
Central Wisconsin is home to some of the best smallmouth and musky fly fishing.
Join Matt and Ryan on a three day/two night smallmouth and musky trip in Central Wisconsin (i.e., Matt and Ryan’s homewater).
You will enjoy two nights in a log cabin outside of Gilman, Wisconsin and you can cater your trip to whatever piscatorial desires move you. We will provide lodging, food, guiding and sage advice.
This trip is available for two but could accommodate another.

Driftless Trip
Winter fly flyfishing can provide some of the best opportunities for catching fish.
Got a case of the winter blues? Don’t like being around other people? You and a friend can join Joe for a two day trip to Iowa this winter. No crowds!
Winter fly fishing may not be to everyone’s liking, but it’s a beautiful time of year and often provides some of the best fishing. Northeast Iowa is excellent for fly fishing and plays home to some of the finest trout streams in the region. Joe has been fishing this region for 30 years and knows it well.
We will stay at a cabin in Highlandville, IA for two nights, and you and a friend can have your pick of streams to fish.
You pick the dates, and we will make it happen. These trips are weather dependent, so flexibility is key here.

smallmouth overnight fishing trip for Women
You pick the river in Wisconsin or Minnesota and we’ll make it happen!
You and three of your friends, regardless of experience, can enjoy two days of guided fishing on a Wisconsin or Minnesota smallmouth stream of your choice. No experience in fly fishing required.
This is a fantastic opportunity to float with friends and discover the beauty of our local waters.
While this trip will include our guides, you can tell them to ‘cast off’ if any ‘man splaining’ starts to occur. Additionally, Bretta Chaplinski is also available to join on request. She’s an outstanding fly fisher and may be one of the funniest people we know; she always catches big smallmouth and celebrates with a whoop!
During the overnight excursion on the date of your choice, Matt and Ryan will setup camp and cook for you, as well as assist with any information or fly fishing advice that you require.

all expenses paid trip for two on the bighorn river in montana
The Bighorn River is considered one of the best fly fishing rivers in North America.
Arguably one of the finest tailwaters in North America, The Bighorn River is a bucketlist trip for any fly fisher.
Flannel River is offering a three day float down the river, all expenses paid for two. This includes: roundtrip flights to Billings, MT; lodging in Fort Smith, all the gear required, food and beverages, and the opportunity to catch the trout of a life time.
You pick the date and the Flannel River crew will make it happen. We’ll pick you up at the airport for the beginning of your adventure.
Airfare includes two tickets in Delta Comfort plus. No restrictions. Tickets are valid through December 31, 2023.
Bidding on this trip starts at $2,500. (Flights, lodging, boat rental, gear and guide service would conservatively run over $4,000 on a trip like this.)
